Ice Dogs Youth Hockey

Sam Sulfer, a local official, who got his start officiating at Hatfield Ice and Bucks County Ice Sports Center, worked his first USHL game in Youngstown, Ohio November 19th as a linesman.

The Ice Dogs have a USA Hockey National Champion. For the first time in Ice Dogs history, we have a National Championship thanks to our 18 AA team. Congratulations to the players, coaches and families. Last week, Tom Laessig and team traveled to Ohio to compete in the championship event. The team finished overall with a 5-1 record and saved their best performance for the championship game with a 7 - 3 victory over Team Toledo. Please look for more information coming for a celebration for the team in the next couple weeks.

The Ice Dogs would also like to congratulate Jim Sutow's Midget 16 AA for representing our organization well at the USA Hockey Nationals in Virginia. While the team finished short of their goal, they made it to the quarter finals in a very strong field. Thank you to the coaches, team, and families for representing our club and congratulations on a successful season.
